I always have and always will be a denim girl. It's rare that I go a week without slipping on a favorite pair of skinny, high waisted or boyfriend jeans. But what I did fall out of touch with until recently? A classic denim vest. I forgot our versatile they can be when layering in the winter months and how easily they pair with a basic white tee—my uniform this past weekend. I'll be wearing this staple well into the summer.

I love everything about this outfit. I don't think I could pull off a denim vest with a plain white tee, but I love the pairing with the coloured skinny jeans.
