Thankful

A favorite old photo of my dad and I. 

Since today is all about giving thanks, I thought I would give a big shout out to my dear old dad (as he calls himself in a funny old person's voice) who's celebrating his birthday today. Not only am I incredibly thankful that I have such a rad guy as my dad—barefoot waterskier, champion golfer, outstanding whistler, hilarious impersonator, the list goes on—but I'm also lucky since we live close and I get to see him all the time. The older I get the more I realize how much this is something to be cherished.
