In my years and years of wearing denim I can think of many styles that I braved and ended up loving—high waisted, overalls, skinny jeans, wide leg etc. But it wasn't until recently that I tried a tapered fit jean with a baggier fit. My latest and greatest wardrobe find has been a pair of ITEM—also new to me, loving this line!—jeans with an I'm-too-cool-for-school vibe. I love the slouchiness of them and the slightly distressed wash. My tip: pair edgier pieces with sophisticated or feminine blouses and fitted jackets to balance out the look.
