Dark Days and Sparkly Ways

With the recent cold, dark days I've been bundling up in my favorite scarves and sweaters, getting in the Halloween spirit and loading up on the fixings for Hot Toddies—a favorite cold weather beverage seen here. There's something so relaxing about gloomy fall days that beg for a good book or movie, a crackling fire and chocolate chip cookies hot out of the oven.  The only problem is, I can quickly become too much of a homebody on days like these.
