There's something about Valentine's Day that makes me feel like a kid again. I always get the urge to break out the construction paper, glitter and markers to make a sweet (and most times messy) note for a friend or the beau. Another reason why I love this holiday? The sugary treats. I was craving hot coco the other day and decided to get a little festive with my teensy tiny cookie cutters and made miniature heart shaped marshmallows in honor of V-Day.

I love Valentine's day for those reasons too! Last night I made delicious cupcakes with red, pink and purple decorative sugar and sprinkles! And I always make my beau a card out of construction paper/glitter/felt/whatever. It really does bring out the crafty kid in me!
